What is a good martial arts school that teaches the all around feet and hands in Phx. Az. ?

I am looking at the gears and looking maritial cu? L is the best school in PHX. Az. for the training of martial arts. I m trying to learn? S intense and all around game on earth and in the feet. I 'm trying to decide juijitsu, the jeet kune do, aikido, Kemp, or margin of Krav.

   In my opinion, Jeet Kun Do, Kajukenbo, and Kenpo are the most well-rounded styles.

   But no “one style” covers everything.

   Jeet Kune Do Phat Stuff

   Dude. Megaton Dias’ BJJ & Muai Thai school is in Phoenix. You would be crazy not to go there for some free intro lesson or something. For hands and feet and on the ground skills and conditioning, I can’t see you finding someplace better.

   Look up Sifu Jerry Cook. He teaches Chinese MA but he is very good.
